Robert Herjavec, star of ABC’s Emmy award-winning show Shark Tank and former CEO of #1 ranked MSSP Herjavec Group, announces Cyderes, the newly formed rebrand of Herjavec Group and Fishtech Group. Cyderes brings together two industry-leading managed service providers and creates a new category leader in the MSSP, MDR, XDR, and co-managed SIEM markets.

Brand Strategy and Guidelines
Cyderes’s brand is an important component of growing and protecting its reputation. These guidelines were created during the rebranding process over a period of 3 months. It identifies all of the company’s essential branding elements to ensure the guidelines and standards around the use of Cyderes’s image are upheld.
This document was created in collaboration with the Director of Digital Marketing, and the Chief Marketing Officer.

State of Ransomware Report 2022
The Cyderes State of Ransomware Report 2022 involved a comprehensive approach to capture the current ransomware landscape. The process began with extensive research and analysis of global cyber threat intelligence, industry reports, and relevant data sources to gather up-to-date information.
The goal throughout the design process was to create an informative, insightful, and actionable report. By synthesizing vast amounts of information into a cohesive narrative, the report aimed to raise awareness, assist organizations in improving their cybersecurity posture, and foster a collective effort against ransomware attacks.

Cyderes website
In collaboration with the Director of Digital Marketing and a talented UX/UI designer, our team created and designed the Cyderes website. From the initial planning stages to the final implementation, I provided clear direction, established project milestones, and facilitated effective communication channels to foster collaboration.
By understanding the CEO's goals and the target audience, I developed the overall creative strategy for the Cyderes website, aligning it with the company's new brand identity and values. I worked closely with the UX/UI designer to translate the strategy into visually appealing designs, intuitive navigation, and interactive elements that enhanced the user journey. Through regular feedback sessions, I encouraged an iterative design process, allowing for continuous improvement and refinement.
The result was a visually captivating and user-friendly website that effectively communicated Cyderes' message and enhanced the overall online presence of
the company.
